Hello Firestorm:
I pray this note finds each and every one of you hearing the call of God in your
spirit. This is a time, a NOW TIME, for each one of us who are a part of the
Body of Christ. I don't care who you are, if you believe in our Lord Jesus
Christ, there is a call, a pull, a drawing upon your spirit from God, to step up
and begin to DO the work He wants to do through you. You may not yet know what
it is He wants to do, but if you will just wait and trust and have the faith to
know that you know, it is coming, it WILL soon manifest and you WILL see and
KNOW it. Thank You Lord!
We are in a TIME in which we will soon begin to walk in the supernatural kingdom
of our God and those who are of this world shall surely look at us and begin to
seek our God because of the POWER they shall see manifested through us. I speak
this over and into your spirit, in the Name of Yahshua/Jesus.
There are many things on my spirit to share with you about what I have been
studying and what the Lord has been revealing over the last several months. I
have been at a loss to know exactly where to begin, because it has been
overwhelming and I have had trouble with distractions and trying to organize
everything that has happened.
While God has been messing with my organizational skills, theology and life
experiences to show me how much I don't know, at the same time, the enemy has
been trying everything and anything possible to pull me off track. This week
many things came together and I can see it, taste it, smell it, feel it and hear
the Lord clearly.
Today, I still don't have all the answers or the "Plan," but I am going to start
sharing and just trust the Holy Spirit to help me bring it all in.
I have been studying oils from the Bible and their healing abilities. I had
thought that oils were just perfumes and that any OLE oil will do, kinda like a
little dab will do ya. It was just a "symbolic gesture" because the oil
represented The Holy Spirit and that is true, but there is more to learn here
and that is what got my attention.
In the church, for anointing, I saw mostly olive oil and lots of different
brands. For instance, some virgin, some pure, organic, extra virgin and some
that just said, olive oil. Interesting, don't you think? What is the difference
in all these oils and does it matter? Yes, that is, if you only want an oil to
symbolically anoint the doors, windows or your property, cook your food, or if
you are looking for an oil that can bring "healing" to your body.
In the Bible it is written:
James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merry? Let him sing
psalms.
James 5:14 Is any "SICK" among you? Let him call for the elders of the church;
and let them pray over him, "ANOINTING" him with oil in the name of the Lord.
James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise
him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
It appears here that if you are afflicted, sick or laden with sin, you have
three main things recommended by the WORD. Pray, sing psalms (praises to God),
get with the elders to pray over you, anoint you with "oil" in the NAME of the
Lord and "repent."
Singing psalms would be medicinal to your spirit, being anointed and prayed over
would help your body and repenting would minister to your soul. Three parts are
treated for a three part being (soul/body/spirit). Jesus said, "Go and be
whole."
Think about this scripture. Luke 10:33-34. "But a Samaritan, as he journeyed,
came to where he was; and when he saw him, he had compassion, and went to him
and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; then he set him on his own
beast and brought him to an inn, and took care of him."
Notice, he poured oil and wine into his wounds. Next, he took the man to the inn
and told the man to take care of him and if there were any extra charges, he
would pay for them. I would say he expected this oil and wine to heal that man.
How could that be? Everyone else passed by that man, maybe thinking he was dying
and it was too late to help him, they didn't want to get involved, they were too
busy, or maybe it was too dangerous or maybe he was of the wrong religion,
whatever, only one turned to help and his help was in the form of oil, wine and
care.
I assume the wine was a disinfectant, as maybe I have watched too many western
flicks where they poured the whiskey into the wounds, but what about the oil?
What is that about?
I also read about priests and kings being anointed with "olive oil." "And he
(Moses) poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron's head, and anointed him, to
consecrate him (Lev 8:12)
I Samuel 16:13 says, "Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the
midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon David from
that day forward."
Olive oil was also used in various offerings and to light the golden lamps in
the Tabernacle in the Wilderness and the Temple in Jerusalem.
Olive oil was also used for the dead and dying, including Jesus Christ. Matthew
26:12-13; Luke 23:52-56.
Why olive oil? What's the deal with this oil? Inquiring minds want to know,
that's me. Tell me Lord why olive oil, what makes it so special to You and to
us?
I am reminded, "It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of
kings is to search out a matter." Proverbs 25:2
It is up to us, the body of Christ to search out these things and then to help
each other.
The reason to search out this matter and find out what is so special with olive
oil is that it is not only holy to God, but also healing to you and me, to our
physical, spiritual and soul.
And there is another reason that this has been heavy on my spirit. I have felt
for almost a year that there was an increase in the demonic realm over not only
the USA, but over the world. One that is really in my face here in America is
the spirit of fear that is spreading all over our nation and the church as well.
I believe this spirit was released and came along with Terror when the Twin
Towers were attacked.
The fear has been fueled by the recent attempt to reform health care. American's
are scared they are going to loose their coverage, loose their rights to have
much needed procedures as they get older and also have to deal with higher
prices and the IRS being involved with a governmental run health care system.
Fear and Terror are not the fruit of the Holy Spirit. They are demonic and they
are infecting this Nation of the home of the brave and land of the free.
Before I say anymore, I would like to say that I am probably alive today because
of doctors. I had an appendicitis that almost rupture when I was about 18. I
appreciate doctors and their giftings. However, today we are seeing medicine
that seems to be mainly managing disease and not curing it. Because of
treatments that only manage, many people are in bondage to taking prescriptions
that have many side effects, some for the better part of their lives. We need to
have discernment, use wisdom, knowledge and balance.
We are afraid to loose our health care coverage and paying more and more
everyday. The drug companies are releasing more and more drugs and as I watch TV
I am astounded by all the warnings that they say accompany these wonder drugs.
Until recently, I did not see this. There must have been quite an uproar from
the side effects in the court systems with law suits, for these revelations to
be brought forth so blatantly. Take at your own risk. These warnings do not earn
my trust and faith in the medical system of today.
I myself have been subjected to two medicines that really tore up my stomach,
Fosimax and Boniva.
After experiencing horrific leg cramps, terrible indigestion and heartburn, I
quit them both and refused other options suggested to give myself daily shots or
take an IV (good for a year, wow). Finally, some of the doctors are saying you
don't have to take these drugs if you have some bone loss, if you are in good
physical shape and they are acknowledging there are major problems with these
drugs. However, advertising from the pharmaceutical companies on TV continue to
say how great they are and free samples abound in the doctors offices,
compliments of those same companies.
I have been dealing with digestive problems ever since and having to take
digestive aids to treat the problems (fruit) from the medicine. To prevent
something from maybe happening, I had created a whole new set of problems,
including some that could have led to bleeding ulcers and jaw rot.
There has to be a better system. What is happening to us? Didn't God say we were
healed by the stripes on the back of Jesus? Why are we so sick in the church,
just like the world?
In Hosea 4:6 The Word shares we perish for lack of knowledge. Another version
says, we perish because the priests won't tell us and yet another says, "My
people perish because they don't know me."
That breaks my heart that we don't know our Lord. Each day I cry out for Him to
teach me of His Ways and yet, when He begins to share something with me, I find
that I struggle with my old set of experiential knowledge and the traditions and
doctrines of man. I hang on desperately to old things, especially from those
that don't seem to be "logical."
It's time for a change in me and in the church. God is shouting on the roof tops
to His People and I am going to shout from the root tops of the Internet, the
roadway of Information, to all of you.
God has already provided that which is necessary to heal our bodies. It is
already here. No doubt, we will still have need of doctors for certain things,
such as my appendicitis, but, then again, if I would have "known" what I know
now, back then, maybe I would not have had an appendicitis.
What God has for us is essential life for our bodies, souls and spirits. He
treats all parts of us and makes us "WHOLE." That's what I want! I want to be
WHOLE! Healthy in all areas of my life.
Can olive oil help me? Can olive oil help you? Is olive oil medicinal to our
bodies? That's what I am going to share next. I also want to reveal some of the
other oils from the Bible and how they affect our bodies. What do they do?
Frankincense, why was it more valuable than gold? What is Cassia or Rose of
Sharon and what do they do to our bodies? How do I use these oils? Where do I
get them? What does the bible say about them? What is an essential oil? What is
the difference between an essential oil and perfume?
What makes an oil therapeutic to our bodies?
That's where I want to take you, on a trip to healing through the Word of God
and His creations from the first week of creation. Genesis 1:11-12.
11) And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and
the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the
earth: and it was so.
12) And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind,
and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God
saw that it was GOOD.
And AGAIN:
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon
the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree
yielding seed; to YOU it shall be for MEAT. And it reads that God saw everything
that he had made, and, behold, it was not just good, but VERY GOOD!
In Revelation 22:1-2:
1) And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding
out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2) In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there
the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit
every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the "HEALING OF NATIONS."
There is healing in the plants and trees God has given us. How do I know that?
Because this last week, I have been healed and so have several other people in
my area of influence through prayer and essential oil. To God be The Glory, The
Praise and The Honor.
I am ready for the church to be set free from the fear and terror of the health
care system, disease, pain, horror, debt and death. In the Name of Yahshua/Jesus.
And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (John 8:32,
36)
