I see a group of ladies and behind them comes this very big wind. Their hair is blowing. They are holding on to their hats. Their clothes are blowing.
It is like in the spring...when a very strong wind comes and begins to blow everything and I see the wind moving the ladies and even shifting positions.
Some are moving forward through doors and some are going into a rest mode, but all are being moved by the wind and in this wind.
I see as it were the skirts of the Lord hanging down and the ladies trying to grab hold of this skirt, which is the Wind of His Spirit, which moves as He pleases and in the direction He wants to go.
And I am just hearing, get ready for transition. You are in a change mode. And hold on for the ride.
Keep hearing....There is a place....There is a place in ministry, in the midst of great things...a place of rest and ease...and see as it were a person behind a plow and they have been plowing the ground and the ground has been hard, but see Jesus...coming up under the yoke and a coming along side and see an ease that they didn't know before.
There is a rest and many fail to enter into it, but it remains an ease in ministry, where hardness, weariness becomes His and not ours.
His Work, His Ministry. His, His, His!! ALL His.
It is in this place of abiding, this place of being one, where ministry flows with joy, not a labor or a struggle. You will enter this rest. Some of you will have to "work" at it, but you will learn it...and find it much easier and much more pleasurable.

This is a new time A new part of each one of us being birthed and brought out and up. That which was, is no more. That which is, is being finished. That which is coming, is fresh and new and whole.
I was asking the Lord, "What is on Your Heart" and all by itself, the word "Commitment" came forth. Then the rest followed.
Be able to "TRUST" Him, as never before.
BALANCE, for He said, I am the Same, Solid. So, you must be solid (balanced) as well.
Letting go of myself and Letting God. Letting go of the NATURAL and HOLDING to the Spiritual.

As I continued to listen, I heard, "I want you to move onward, not forward, but onward." I pondered on that.
What is the difference Lord and I got no answer, so I began to dig and seek and found Forward means near, being at, or belonging to the forepart, being strongly inclined.
But, when looking at what the word "ON" means, His Message came forth.
On indicates "position" and "contact" with and "supported by the "TOP" surface.
And I sense the Lord saying we are "ON" Him. He is supporting us. We are to move ON Him. Not before Him, with Him...but, ON HIM.
On indicates position, contact with an outer surface and that we are in position, in close proximity with someone. We are attached, supported, by God.
On means dependent, conveyance (means of transport/vehicle) and a time frame during which "something" happens. An instant action or occurrence when something begins or is done, a manner of doing something. An agency, a medium of expression....a physical position. Active involvement in a condition or status.
We are the LOOKOUT and we are a vessel God is going to use. We are dependent upon God. He will provide the vehicle, timing, and lead us with the how to's.
Involvement with an activity work of function as with the Holy Spirit. A position or status in proper relationship. A word to indicate reason, ground or basis for action, opinion or computation. Work ON your personal relationship with God.
The WORD, we stand ON the Word ON...ON....ON
On is a word to indicate the cause of source, ON Him
On is a word to indicate the focus or obligation or responsibility. We are to be responsible and we are obligated to God.
On is the word to indicate the focus of feelings, determination or will. Our mind, will and emotions have to be ON Him.
On indicates the subject of study/discussion or consideration. Do we have the WORD for which to base our WITNESS ON?
Forward...Yes, but.....
God says move forward, ONWARD.
ON WARD and "ward" is a guarded position, protected. We are guarded, and we are ON guard.
We were born to war, from one war to another, from one trial to another. We move forward, but this day forward.....we move ON HIM.
Wait ON Him, Purpose ON Him, Focus on Him.

Before tonight, I had two separate words for us, and they were completely different. I thought Lord, this is sure goofy, they didn't seem to fit together, but now it's amazing they both fit after words given so far..
First of all, I asked God what about us? What about Firestorm?
And I heard the word, "Adolescence."
And it fits with the multiplication word, for any of us who have raised teenagers know that there is great multiplication during these years. For its an important time to eat, eat, eat and also to rest, rest, rest.
And sometimes there are outbursts, and sometimes "inbursts." And we have seen both of those this past year. But, all are indicative of
"GROWING PAINS!"
A moving forward. A transition into ADULTHOOD and MATURITY.
Then, the other word that relates to Bon's "ON" word.
For weeks now I had been seeing us all running around holding flashlights in our hands in the "ON" position.
And I thought God, what does this mean?
But, we were running, searching out the "hidden ones." It was like a covert mission. Both rescuing those held captive by the enemy and also a bringing forth the hidden, chosen ones.
I even saw Bon running along whistling, saying to the ones hidden inside their dwellings, saying, "Anyone in there? Time to come OUT!"
Now, regarding the flashlights. I saw that we were all from time to time dealing with the batteries in the flashlights growing dim and so we were constantly changing, putting in new batteries, even borrowing from each other and at the time it was frustrating and time consuming. But, sense God giving us new batteries, RECHARGEABLE ones.
He says to stop relying on the things of the past. The ways, the methods that used to work, things we were "comfortable with. Time to move out of comfort zones.
Also heard that this was a time to not only draw nearer to Him, but that our "connections" needed to be stronger and closer with each other as well. For its the way we can "refuel" each others batteries. Kind of like a modern parable of 10 virgins.
Lastly, felt strongly the Lord said to WORK at keeping feverent at our love with each other. For the enemy was looking for loopholes, gaps in this area to get in.

The Lord was showing me about the same thing that He has shown ya'll, but that there is going to be a Growing Up and a widening of territory. A growing up in the sense that we will be depending on Him more and more.
With a deeper understanding of who He really is and what He can and will be doing in us. We will be learning so much from each other about unity as a body as well as unity in HIM. One that is Christ centered and that also includes so many aspects. All the gifts of the Spirit and that this wind that will blow and has already started blowing will blow away that chaff and bring purity and strength, wisdom beyond what we are used to and a new understanding of HIS Word. Because, it will become LIFE to us in all kinds of respects.
A new vision. A new walk. A new talk. A new way of thinking. A new response to situations that we go through. A new YEAR full of HIS GRACE and MERCY.
And we will Walk with our heads held high because He said this..GREATER is HE who is in us..than he who is in the world. And the Lord will expound on this even more in the days and weeks and months to come.
He also said HE is widening our territory, meaning it will NOT be just a household here and one over there. It will be neighborhoods stretching out to countries that will start opening God's door to Firestorm. And they will come in and see God in us and in this ministry and in our lives, because HE is changing us moment by moment, day by day, increasing our faith, increasing our view points about HIM.
HE will show HIMSELF powerful in this ministry in so many ways..it won't be limited to just a little power here and there, this is what God has intended all along. For us to be sooooooo strong in HIM that even the words we speak will have MUCH power.
And when others see this..they will come running..not walking..but running to see the next move of the spirit here at Firestorm. This is just the beginning of the NEW. The past is gone. This is a NEW day in HIM and He will make sure that we are leading people HIS way. In HIS Divine order and most of all in HIS AWESOME LOVE in and through us.

What Lords been showing me is this..to really believe, stand in faith, not waver on His Word, but to call forth that which He has revealed and spoken...See a great breaking in many, but for healing and deliverance and most important, salvation.
See many coming into the Kingdom of God and needing love and we've been being prepared to extend the love of God.
See great signs, wonders, miracles happening, even amidst hard times, but we will be victorious.

The Lord game me the word, "Multiplicity," "Multiplication."
The quality or state of being multiple or various,
The number of components in a system (as a multiplet or a group of energy levels), a great number, the act or process of multiplying: the state of being multiplied.
Rapid movement will be happening. Rapid growth.
Things will happen by multiplicity. This will be the year of Multiplication, not only in fruitfulness, but in forgiveness and talents.
Personally and corporately, look for things to happen in a big way, as those fishes and bread, as casting our nets. God will overflow in abundance. He will not do it half way or a little dab or here or there.
Look for things to be done in a "Grand Way," where there will be no doubt it was God. Where multitudes will come to the Lord, multitudes of miracles, multitudes of provisions.
Churches and Ministries need to be prepared for the harvest.
